We offer a curated selection of high-quality fabrics, designer dresses, and hand-embroidered garments like zari and zardozi, along with ethnic wear such as kurtis, salwar suits, and occasion wear for women.

We specialize in a wide range of luxury ethnic wear and contemporary outfits. Our collection includes Kurtis and Salwar Suits, sarees, Co-ord sets, Bottoms, Occasion wear for women.

Yes! Rangmahal offers an online shopping experience. You can browse our latest collections on our website and make your purchases directly online. We ship across India.

Yes, we do offer customization services on select items. Whether you’re looking for specific sizing or bespoke designs, you can contact us with your requirements, and we’ll make it happen.

5. How do I place an order for customized outfits?

To place a custom order, reach out to us via our contact form, email, or customer care. Our design team will get in touch with you to discuss your specifications and offer guidance on the process.

6. What are your shipping charges?

At present, we charge a standard shipping fee on all orders. We do not offer free shipping as we focus on providing quality over quantity. Shipping charges will be calculated at checkout based on your location.

7. How long will it take to receive my order?

Delivery times vary depending on your location. Typically, orders are processed within 2-3 business days and can take 5-7 days for delivery across India. Custom orders may take longer, depending on the design and complexity.

8. What is your return/exchange policy?

We accept returns and exchanges for standard items within 7 days of delivery. Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging. Custom-made orders are not eligible for returns. For more details, please refer to our Returns & Exchanges section.

9. How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track the status of your order online.

10. Do you offer international shipping?

At the moment, we ship only within India. However, we are working towards expanding our services to international markets in the near future.

11. Can I visit your physical store?

Currently, Rangmahal is an online-only brand. We do not have a physical store at the moment, but we plan to offer a unique shopping experience through our website, complete with high-quality images, detailed product descriptions, and virtual assistance.
