At RangMahal, we are committed to ensuring a smooth shopping experience. Below are the clear guidelines for returns, cancellations, and refunds:
Return & Replacement Policy:

Free Returns & Replacements: If you receive wrong products (incomplete sets or incorrect style), wrong sizes (different from what was ordered), or damaged products, the return and replacement will be done free of cost.

Return Window: Products can be returned within 15 days from the date of delivery.

Refunds: Payment refunds are only applicable in the case of damaged products or incorrect size delivery (size different from the one ordered).

Replacement or eVoucher: For all other cases, we offer either a replacement or an eVoucher with 1-year validity.

Cancellation Policy:
You can cancel your order before it has been shipped for a full refund. Please note that the entire order must be canceled, and we do not accept partial order cancellations.

Refund Process:
Refunds will be initiated within 2 business days after the return request is authorized. The refund is typically credited back to the original payment method within 4-8 business days, depending on the bank or payment gateway.
For prepaid orders, the refund will be credited to the original payment method, while for COD orders, refunds will be processed via NEFT.
Non-returnable Items:
Jewelry, masks, fragrances, and stationery are non-returnable.
